Many of our products come in different sizes. Please always refer to the size chart on the product pages to ensure best fit. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help you determine the right size.
In cases of mistake in the order, we accept returns on any NEW, UNOPENED, UNWASHED products in their original packages within 20 days of order for a full refund. Please send all tags and original packaging with your return.

Products ordered more than 30 days before.
We understand you may try a product that just doesn't end up working for you or your child, as we know what works for one person's eczema, may not work for another, since everyone's skin is unique. Due to hygienic purposes, we cannot provide a refund any underwear and used products.
How to Return an Item
- Make sure the item you are returning is new, unopened, unwashed, in its original packaging and was ordered within 20 days.
- Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reasons for returning.
- We will provide an authorization for return email with an address to send the product to.
- When we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue you a refund.
